Fabrice's comment: "A discreetly woody nose with scents of black and red fruit. Fleshy on the palate with abundant fruit flavours. A lively finsh sustained by the tannins." 

Food & Wine pairing: Chicken liver terrine; Saddle of rabbit with morel mushrooms.

Ageing potential: 2030

Fabrice's comment: "Garnet red with hints of purple. Nose of red and black berries. Juicy on the mouth, with flavours of plums, blackcurrant and cherry. Well-balanced tanins and a persistent, mineral finish." 

Food & Wine pairing: Beef carpaccio; Duck fillets; Coq au vin; Bonito fish a la plancha; Vegetable gratin. Cheeses such as Livarot or Retorta. Dessert: Tiramisu.

Ageing potential: until 2037

Fabrice's comment: "Garnet colour with hints of purple. The nose is fruity and elegant with delicate hints of spices. On the palate the wine is already quite expressive, with flavours of black plum and cherry. It has depth and a good balance between alcohol, acidity and tannins." 

Accord Mets & Vin: Pan-fried chanterelles; Tian of tomatoes, aubergines and courgettes; Salad of duck breast; American-style monkfish; Pavé d'Auge; Colombier de Sivry; Pears poached in red wine.

Fabrice's comment: "Dark red with purple hints. Nose of red and black berries. Sprightly and fruity on the palate. This is an easily-accessible wine, ideal for impromptu meals with family or friends. Always keep a bottle handy just in case..." 

Food & Wine pairing: Terrines & pâtés, Grilled meat, Pasta dishes, Pizzas; Cheese boards.
