"Our wines express the character of the Graves terroir"
Since 2015, we have been working to produce wines typical of the Graves terroir.
We produce elegant, rich, complex red wines, and fruity, aromatic, sprightly dry whites.
All our wines are vinified and bottled on the estate.
Our red wines are fermented in concrete thermoregulated vats, and age for 12 months in French oak barrels.
For the whites, the grapes are vinified in stainless steel thermoregulated vats, then aged for 7 months in new French oak barrels.
Since 2019 some of our Merlot grapes are vinified in thermoregulated concrete vats for 8 months, then bottled as our second wine "Château de Couteleyre".
